Parking and the entrance are in the back of the building.
Please bring a drum or rattle to participate in some of the activities.
Journeying experience or an understanding of this type of meditation technique is required.
For those who would like to join the Shamanic Journey Circle but have no experience in the Journey technique - contact Joanna via email and she can arrange to give a one hour session to help you understand and use the technique of journey. This session will be offered 12:30-1:30 before the Circle begins at 2:00 pm
